The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is an immigration program designed to help the province of Manitoba meet its specific economic and labor market needs. Manitoba Immigration Streams
If you wish to immigrate to Manitoba, then you have four options to choose from: Streams of the MPNP:
1. Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) Stream:
Manitoba Work Experience Pathway: For temporary foreign workers or international student graduates already working in Manitoba.
Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway: For skilled workers recruited by a Manitoba employer through a recruitment mission or exploratory visit.
2. Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO) Stream:
Manitoba Express Entry Pathway: For candidates in the federal Express Entry pool who have a strong connection to Manitoba (e.g., through close relatives, previous work/study experience, or an invitation from the MPNP).
Human Capital Pathway: For skilled workers with in-demand skills and experience who can demonstrate their potential to find employment in Manitoba.
3. International Education Stream (IES):
For international graduates from Manitoba institutions who meet the needs of local industries. It includes:
